C est un bon matcha 👌

Har köpt denna flera gånger nu. Den är så söt och blommig. Den gör sig bäst i att bara blandas med vatten och dricka som den är eller med kanske nån liten skvätt mjölk i (alltså inte mer än nån msk). Har man den i en latte då behöver man ha en hel del matcha i, då de subtila fina smakerna annars lätt kan tas över av mjölken eller den växtbaserade drycken.

Jag har inte några problem med klumpar (kan hända om jag har bråttom och det bildats kondens i förpackningen), utan tycker att det är en väldigt lättarbetad och fin matcha.

Så detta är en perfekt matcha för att drickas som den är eller om man vill ha väldigt mkt koffein (utan beskhet) i sin latte (då behövs ca 6g matcha till 3dl latte för att få smak).

Med denna har jag: 1g matcha till 2dl vatten eller ca 2g matcha med 2dl vatten + 1-2msk mjölk. Utan extra sötning i!

Jag har köpt te för att ge bort i present, hon tycker erat matcha är bäst.

First order i made in a tin can was pretty Okey, was less quality than i'm used to having in Japan, but it worked for me. Second order i made for 50g refil pouches was below expectations, far lower quality. Do not recommend, different shade of colour, bland flavour.

We want to assure you—and anyone reading this—that our sourcing has not changed. We still exclusively use the exact same premium, first-harvest matcha from Izumo, Japan, for both our tins and our 50g refill pouches.

Regarding your comparison to matcha found locally in Japan, there is a crucial difference in how our tea is grown. Our matcha is cultivated specifically to meet strict European Union agricultural safety standards. Many of the standard pesticides used for domestic matcha production in Japan are legally banned in the EU. Farming to these rigorous, clean standards means our tea is completely safe and compliant, though it can occasionally result in slight natural variations in colour shade or flavour profile compared to the domestic Japanese varieties you might be used to.
