We are confident that you will love our high quality Poppatea products.

But, if in a rare case you are not happy. We will refund 1 product (no need to return to us).

Terms & Conditions

• If you order more than 1 product we will only refund 1 of your items
• 2 x 50g pouch = 2 products
• 1kg pouch products are excluded from the Taste Guarantee
• Refunds can take up to 7 days to arrive in your bank account
• We reserve the right to refuse Taste Guarantee claims where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being misused or abused
• This guarantee only applies to orders placed on our website
