Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped via PostNord from our warehouse based in Sweden. They will hand your parcel to Royal Mail for the final leg of delivery.

No import VAT or duty fees apply to orders of £135 or less, as tea is exempt from VAT in the UK.

Orders over £135 may be subject to duty fees.
