Smooth, not bitter, slight sweetness and also tasted a little toasty!

Perfekt för latten och i desserten!

Perfekt för den som gillar att ha 50/50 mjölk och vatten i sin latte. Eller för den som vill tillsätta extra sötning i sin matcha.

Personligen föredrar jag att endast ha 1/3 mjölk i min "latte", och då kan lite beskhet trädas fram. Den försvinner om jag tillsätter lite honung, men jag vill helst inte ha i någon extra sötning i mina drycker.

Har vant mig vid den lilla beskan och tycker att det här är en bra vardagsmatcha för mig.

Det här är också den matchan jag tar fram till personer som vill ha sirap, sylt och allt annat sött i sin matchadryck. Den här matchan är perfekt för det.

Den är också peeeerfekt att ha i tex en matcha-tiramisu med sake, men då använder jag Poppateas orginal-matcha från Izumo för att sikta ovanpå desserten.

Den får endast 4 av 5 stjärnor av mig för att den inte passar min användning av matcha (alltså utan sötning och med 1/3 mjölk). Kommer köpa igen ändå!

Men 5 av 5 för desserter och sötad matchadrink!

As always, perfect. This one had the smallest difference that it was like slightly more earthy than sweet compared to the Japan one, (the difference is almost unnoticeable) which I liked!! I prefer this one when making just plain matcha tea and the Japanese one when making iced matcha lattes!

Absolutely delicious matcha, almost think i prefer this one over their japanese one. It was smooth, not bitter, slight sweetness and also tasted a little toasty, almost a bit like genmaicha! Will be getting againnn

I like drinking my Matcha as a Latte. Therefore it tastes good, but I find the japanese ceremonial Matcha complements the milk better than the chinese one. Still a great purchase!
